Mikis Theodorakis
Mikis Theodorakis urodził się 29 lipca 1925 na greckiej wyspie Chios.

Sławę przyniosło mu, m.in. skomponowanie muzyki do filmu Michaela Cacoyannisa pt. "Grek Zorba". Jest autorem ponad stu piosenek, których melodie stały się elementem dziedzictwa kulturowego Grecji. Bazują one na dziełach sławnych poetów greckich, takich jak m.in. "Epitaphios", "Archipelagos", "Politia", "Epiphania", "The Hostage" i "Mykres Kyklades".
